The math
Paid for in reach, not in pairings: 5,000 people see the block, 3% take a pick, the average pick is $40 — 3% × $40 × 5,000 = +$6,000/mo. Press the keys.
Sources
Switch on the sources you want and the booster fills itself. They are additive, not restrictive: each one adds its own group of products.
Tap the chips — the rule sentence rewrites itself.
Your store’s most frequently sold items, all-time — social proof that needs no copywriting.
Whatever WooCommerce currently has discounted. Useful for clearing a season without building a landing page.
The shopper’s own browsing history — the one behavioural source in the list, and the reason a returning visitor sees a different block.
Recently created products, so new arrivals surface themselves the day you publish them.
Ranked by customer rating, highest first — the well-reviewed products lead.

Specific products, product tags, product price, featured, bought-together, related products, cross-sells and upsells — fourteen filter types in all.
Turning on several sources does not narrow the list to products matching all of them. Each source contributes its own group, and the display limit decides how many of them reach the block.
Default (exactly as the recommendation engine returns them), Random, Name, Top rated, Freshness or Price. Only one sorting rule applies per booster.
The day the booster switches itself on — build the campaign in March, let it open in April.
Optional. Tick it and the booster switches itself off on the date you pick; leave it off and the booster simply keeps running.
FAQ
Frequently Bought Together sells the companions to the product in front of the shopper. This booster needs no manual pairings at all: you switch on sources — best sellers, on sale, recently viewed, a category — and it fills the block itself, on the shop, cart, checkout or thank-you page as well as the product page.
No — filters are additive, not restrictive. Turning on Best Selling, On Sale and Recently Viewed gives you three groups of products, not the intersection of the three. Your display limit and order priority decide how many from each group reach the block.
Yes. Variable products are supported, and the shopper picks their options before the item is added — which is why some tiles read “Select options” instead of “Add to cart”.
Open the template in Elementor, find the SalesMax widget in the widget panel, drag it where you want the block and choose Smart Product Recommendations, then save and publish. If it still doesn’t appear, check that the booster is Active, that your filters actually return products, and clear your cache before testing again.
Yes — different boosters can be assigned to different locations. We’d just recommend against overcrowding a single product or page with too many of them, so the offers stay clear rather than confusing the customer.
